Yoga for all fitness levels. Focus on finding the level of intensity that is right for you. Relaxing music, low light and a slow, smooth pace. Improve flexibility and release tension with meditation or reflection time at the end.
Bring to class:
- Yoga mat
- Optional straps, blocks, towels or padding

Melissa is an International Sport Science Association (ISSA) certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She has been in the fitness industry and teaching for Anoka-Hennepin Community Education since 2001. Melissa teaches group fitness classes, as well as fitness and nutrition seminars.
Melissa's personal philosophy is that it doesn't matter where we start from, it's where we go and what we do that matters. If we try, even baby steps will get us there. She believes everyone has the ability to make yourself the best you can be, she just helps you with the road map to getting it done.
