Adventures Plus (Including Bound)
Current Adventures Plus families may register for the 2021 summer and 2021-22 school year when the system opens Mar. 1. Current families will receive priority registration until Mar. 17. Current families should register early, as waiting lists do exist.
New families may register beginning Mar. 22. If a registration is received before this date, it would be removed and you would be required to re-register on Mar. 22. If a site has reached capacity, families will be added to the waitlist in the order the registration was received.
Adventures Plus school-age child care is available for all families in the Anoka-Hennepin School District. The program provides before- and after-school care at all elementary schools during the school year, and all-day care during the summer months at select school sites for students entering kindergarten - grade six in the upcoming school year.
Adventures Plus also offers all-day child care infused with the Anoka-Hennepin Schools Preschool curriculum for four-year-old preschool children at Brookside and Johnsville Elementary Schools. Learn more about School-year Adventures Bound.

Non-refundable Registration Fee: $30/child (not to exceed $60/family), added to your initial billing summary

Child care will be provided at your child’s school. (Students attending Evergreen Park may enroll in the Adventures Plus school-age care program at Monroe Elementary. Transportation is provided to Evergreen, with drop-off and pick-up at Monroe)
Any schedule changes are subject to a $25 schedule change fee.
Registrations are based on the current draft of the district calendar. If at any point the district calendar changes, care options and availability are subject to change as well.

Sites must meet minimum enrollment in order to run for the summer 2021 season. Schedules require a minimum enrollment of 3 days per week, days must remain consistent for all weeks registered. Families may choose the weeks they need care (minimum enrollment of 8 weeks required due to current health and safety guidelines.) Sites must meet a minimum number of students selecting lunch in order to offer the hot lunch program.
There is no child care June 11-June 16 (transition week), July 5 (holiday), and Aug. 30-Sept. 3 (transition week.)
Adventures Bound curriculum for incoming kindergarten students is being implemented at all summer locations.
