Jessica Guerrero

Instructor

Jessica has been a registered nurse for fourteen years, and recognized the benefit of integrative medicine and the positive impact of focusing on the whole person rather than the traditional focus of treating a disease.

Jessica received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Midland University in Nebraska and her master’s degree in Integrative Health and Wellness from Creighton University. She's also a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach.

In her business, This is Your Life Health and Wellness Coaching, Jessica works collaboratively with women in high burnout professions so they have the tools, support, and accountability they need to prioritize self-care and decrease symptoms of burnout and compassion fatigue. She firmly believes that real grounding self-care practices are the single most important thing we can do to positively impact ourselves and the world.

When Jessica isn't working, you can find her indulging in her creativity with yarn, reading something empowering or romantic, playing with her adorable dog, hanging with her family and friends, or outside hiking and adventuring.
