This Strength and Conditioning program will educate the participants on the importance of overall fitness. We will learn the proper way to use fitness equipment and design a workout routine to help you reach your personal goals. The training will focus on the areas of strength, speed, agility, mobility and injury prevention. Students need to be self motivated. This class is not for hanging out. We want students who are interested in working hard to reach their goals.
