Join us for a beginner chair-based class where we will use hand weights, resistance bands, and yoga balls while both sitting and standing to work every muscle group. No experience needed! Stephanie is certified group fitness Instructor, registered yoga teacher (200 hours), licensed Zumba Instructor, and certified personal trainer with specialties in senior fitness and senior yoga. She has been teaching fitness classes for 15 years.
