Preschool is such an important introduction to your child's school experience. Anoka-Hennepin Schools Preschool curriculum is closely aligned with the district kindergarten curriculum and classes are taught by licensed teachers. Children gain skills and experiences in learning to follow routines and rules, cooperating with other children, literacy, books and writing, science, math, art and music. Anoka-Hennepin Community Education offers a wide variety of activities and classes for adults ages 18 and up, including technology, home improvement, recreation, athletics, fitness, arts, hobbies and more.
The Adults with Special Needs program (also known as "Project Power") provides specialized classes for adults with disabilities, offering accommodation services for all program participants.

During the year, we offer American Red Cross Certification Classes. They include: lifeguarding and water safety instructor.
This swim maintenance program is geared to swimmers ages 11-18. This is a great way for swim team athletes to get in shape for their season or to maintain during the off-season. The prerequisite for this program is: participants must be able to swim 5
