Strength & Stretch (Online-only)

Adult - Winter/Spring 2026

In this online class you'll use your body weight (and optional hand weights) to strengthen and tone your major muscle groups. The instructor will go through stretching exercises to increase range of motion, flexibility, and lengthening of our muscles to build your strength and mobility. Mat and water, optional weights. Can use a stability ball or chair if preferred.

I am a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer, specializing in kickboxing, yoga, step and pilates. I have had the pleasure of working with community education and helping participants improve their health since 2003. Along with instructing classes, I also enjoy hiking, camping and spending time with family.
