MS - Strength, Speed and Agility Training

Youth - Fall 2024

Are you ready to level-up your fitness? In this one-hour class, you will focus on life preparedness, while also learning basic movements and perfecting techniques for push-ups, squats, lunges, and lighter weight use. Training sessions will include smaller group sizes, allowing our trainers to spend more time focusing on you to ensure good form. Please Note: parent transportation is required for this class. This program is designed and run by co-owner and 2019 International Trainer of the Year, Dan Heins of Snap Fitness - Andover.
