Class Under Glass PLUS!
Class Under Glass PLUS is geared families with children ages 2 to 7 years old. Spending time outdoors builds confidence, promotes creativity, provides different stimulation, gets children moving, and reduces stress and fatigue in both children and adults. Parents and children will learn about the outdoors and nature in and out of our greenhouse through artwork, sensory and physical experiences, and in the garden planting, watering, and weeding. The class will be spent outdoors for the entire class time, weather permitting! Parent discussion topics will be guided by a parenting educator and participants. -
Every Child Outdoors
Today's children are increasingly disconnected from the natural world. Through science-based exploration and outdoor play, experience the outdoors. Each class will include an opportunity to explore our outdoor learning stations and play with water, sand, dirt and more. This is a great way to get outside with your children, foster curiosity and explore the natural world. Weather permitting, this class will be outdoors for the entire class time every week.
