This program is for participants in 6th-12th grades. The prerequisite for this program is: participants must be able to swim 50 continuous yards of freestyle and backstroke, 25 yards of breaststroke or passed Level 4.

This program is done on a monthly basis. You must register for each month independently to be registered.

Monday & Wednesday Evenings swim practice with coaching
Saturday Optional Swim with workout - Drop-in any time between 9:30 am- 11:30 am to complete the posted workout.
No partial or pro-rated fees for absences/ vacations/ etc.
