Boost your bones by adding strength training to your exercise routine! Strength training will build your bones and benefit your joints by strengthening the surrounding tissues, maintaining alignment to decrease wear and tear. We will use hand weights, resistance bands, and yoga balls for a total body workout. Participants must be able to get up and down from an exercise mat. Modifications will be provided for beginners and also those further along their fitness journey. Class includes balance training. Online participants need: Cushioned mat or surface, hand weights, resistance band, and yoga ball.

Stephanie is certified group fitness Instructor, registered yoga teacher (200 hours), licensed Zumba Instructor, and certified personal trainer with specialties in senior fitness and senior yoga. She has been teaching fitness classes for 15 years.
