Danielle Davidson

Instructor

My name is Danielle Davidson (Dani). I have been hard of hearing my entire life I can hear just like any person can but I use a hearing aid, that amplifies the volume to my level of hearing loss. I was just like you I had absolutely no prior experience with ASL. My teacher at Anoka high school was the first deaf person I met. After graduating from high school, I went to the only University where ASL was their primary language. I have been teaching American Sign Langauge in the district for the past eight years; seven years with the youth and one year with adults.
