Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. Learn low-impact exercises for the health of your mind and body that help improve balance, reduce aches and pains, support heart health, and more. Flow through a series of movements performed in a slow focused manner and accompanied with deep breathing. Dress in comfortable clothing.

Bring to class:

Eligible UCare members may receive an allowance to spend toward community education classes. Members must have UCare insurance at the time of registration. Limits and restrictions may apply. Contact UCare for further information.

I am a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer, specializing in kickboxing, yoga, step and pilates. I have had the pleasure of working with community education and helping participants improve their health since 2003. Along with instructing classes, I also enjoy hiking, camping and spending time with family.
