Adult - Fall 2025

Practice a variety of classic poses in Hatha yoga. We will work on flexibility, balance and strength for a great yoga workout that ends in relaxing meditation. Great for your mind and body, help you let go of stress and tension. It’s a perfect way to end your day. Good for all levels.

Bring to class: 

  • Water 
  • Yoga mat
  • Straps, blocks, towels, or padding (Optional) 



Eligible UCare members may receive an allowance to spend toward community education classes. Members must have UCare insurance at the time of registration. Limits and restrictions may apply. Contact UCare for further information.

Melissa T Fitness

Melissa is an International Sport Science Association (ISSA) certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She has been in the fitness industry and teaching for Anoka-Hennepin Community Education since 2001. Melissa teaches group fitness classes, as well as fitness and nutrition seminars.

Melissa's personal philosophy is that it doesn't matter where we start from, it's where we go and what we do that matters. If we try, even baby steps will get us there. She believes everyone has the ability to make yourself the best you can be, she just helps you with the road map to getting it done.
