    Energize your body while gaining flexibility and strength. Slowly flow through yoga postures to stretch and tone while improving your balance. Bring a sense of calm while increasing mind-body awareness with breath control. Short reflection or meditation time at the end.     A cardio/core workout step class using your body weight as resistance. This weight-bearing aspect is increased every time you step up, improving bone health and density. You will get a great cardio workout while also building muscle, and improving coordination while burning calories. Core conditioning will take place the last part of class, giving you strength and flexibility.     Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that is practiced as a graceful form of exercise. Learn low-impact exercises for the health of your mind and body that help improve balance, reduce aches and pains, support heart health, and more. Flow through a series of movements performed in a slow focused manner and accompanied with deep breathing. Dress in comfortable clothing.
