Ageless Yoga is perfect for older adults. We will move through seated, standing, traditional and modified yoga poses with additional focus on stretching, flexibility, balance, and restorative breathing promoting stress reduction and relaxation. This class is shoe-and joint-friendly and we do not get down on mats. Dress in comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. You will need a sticky yoga mat for foot grip.

Stephanie is certified group fitness Instructor, registered yoga teacher (200 hours), licensed Zumba Instructor, and certified personal trainer with specialties in senior fitness and senior yoga. She has been teaching fitness classes for 15 years.
