In this 3-week class students will be introduced to basic cooking skills, practice kitchen safety and learn food safety. Participants will prepare quick, simple meals using common ingredients, low-cost mixes and/or time saving foods. Each class will cook, enjoy and clean up so they can help with the families' menu planning and meal preparation.
