This program is for participants who have completed level 5. The prerequisites for this program are:
-knowledge of competitive strokes
-ability to swim 50 yards (2 lengths to the pool)
The afternoon will contain dryland skills, a workout in the water and then free time in the pool.
Please bring a water bottle, snack, goggles.
