Bone Boosters

Boost your bones by adding strength training to your exercise routine! Strength training will build your bones and benefit your joints by strengthening the surrounding muscles, which will keep your joints in alignment to decrease wear and tear. Use free weights, resistance bands and floor work for a total body workout that everyone can do. Dress in comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. Bring water and a cushioned mat.

Eligible UCare members may receive up to a $15 discount on many Community Education classes when registering over the phone. Contact Community Education for further information.

Stephanie is certified group fitness Instructor, registered yoga teacher (200 hours), licensed Zumba Instructor, and certified personal trainer with specialties in senior fitness and senior yoga. She has been teaching fitness classes for 15 years.
