This course will help attendees understand human beings' basic needs and makeup. It will reveal how our unmet needs contribute to our struggles and issues in life as well as our relationships. After taking this course, you will be able to better identify your needs, how to meet them, and how to identify and meet the needs of others. In addition, you will learn practical tips for improving your communication and setting healthy boundaries. This is a hybrid class which is taught in-person and online.
