Anoka Middle School Play - Murder 518

Adults with special needs / Music and Theatre -
PP - Fall 2024

Red-eye travelers on the westbound 518 are in for a surprise when first one passenger, and then another, mysteriously drops dead right before their eyes — and just as the train is halted by a rock slide in an isolated canyon. Because the pair appears to have been poisoned, anyone and everyone in the train dining car is a suspect!

Unable to call for help, the eccentric passengers try to work together to find the murderer before they reach their destination and the killer escapes for good! Unfortunately, not everything (or everyone) is as it seems.

This family-friendly mystery is sure to keep the audience guessing right up until the train pulls into the station. Hold on tight — Murder on the 518 is quite the ride!

Margaret (Peggy) Peck

Instructor

I was born in Marshall Minnesota and lived on a farm for the first 18 years of my life. My favorite hobby is to try any type of creative craft. I started working with the community schools in 1992 as an integration assistant. I have worked with all age groups in many situations. My jobs varied from senior outings to t-ball with preschoolers and teaching students how to use the computer. I have taught classes for Project Power for over 20 years. I teach most of the Project Power craft, cooking and baking classes. I have subbed for just about all of the other classes. I have years of experience and I enjoy the people and the classes. The best part of Project Power is the opportunity to work with the participants and other staff. I have worked with so many wonderful people and I have had so many laughs.
