Adult - Winter/Spring 2025

Do you enjoy kombucha for its tangy taste and health promoting properties but not the high cost? This fermented tea beverage can easily be made at home for significantly less money. The class will include discussion of the health benefits that may be obtained from kombucha, how to safely make it at home, how to flavor it, taste test some flavors, and then actually start your first batch. A complete starter brewing kit with online support will be provided if needed. Bring to class a one-quart pot. Supply fee of $15 cash paid to the instructor at class.
