NEW | Critter Caretaking 101: Reptiles & Amphibians

Adult activities and classes / Hobbies / General Interest -
Adult - Winter/Spring 2025

If you are thinking about getting a reptile or amphibian as a fun and exciting new pet, join instructor Misi Stine as she walks you through the basics, including demonstrations with examples of both the animals and their enclosures! These critters are great for minimal space and have great popularity with children and adults alike. You will learn how to select and care for different types of amphibians and reptiles, different ways to set up an enclosure, and what they need to thrive in the environment you create. Children over age 12 can attend with an adult for no additional cost.

Eligible UCare members may receive an allowance to spend toward community education classes. Members must have UCare insurance at the time of registration. Limits and restrictions may apply. Contact UCare for further information.
