Nature Heals

Adult activities and classes / Home / Lawn and Garden -
Adult - Winter/Spring 2025

In nature, we can feel content, connected, energized and resilient. How do humans connect with nature? Why is connecting even more important today? Learn the history and science of how time spent with nature helps to improve our physical and mental well-being. Learn how even simple things like houseplants can play a role. Build an awareness of how we can involve all our senses. Explore and practice ways we can interact with nature even in Minnesota winters.

Eligible UCare members may receive an allowance to spend toward community education classes. Members must have UCare insurance at the time of registration. Limits and restrictions may apply. Contact UCare for further information.
