You have an opportunity to try the following: Qigong, Yang Short Form; SUN Tai Chi for Arthritis, Chronic Pain, and Balance; Tai Chi Ruler; Tai Chi Bang Stick and Ball. No experience needed - just a curious and adventurous mind. Appropriate for most physical conditions. Wear comfortable, loose clothing, and flat shoes. No sandals please.

Christine has been practicing Tai Chi since the mid 80s and teaching for approximately 20 years. She teaches Yang Short Form, SUN Forms, Tai Chi Ruler, Bang Stick, and different forms of Qigong. Christine is a Certified Tai Chi Instructor, Certified Qigong Instructor, and Certified Level III American Tai Chi and Qigong Instructor (over 3,000 hours of teaching students).
