NEW | Dealing with Grief & Loss

Adult activities and classes / Health -
Adult - Winter/Spring 2025

Grief and loss can encompass many things in life, such as the death of a loved one, unexpected ending of a relationship, retirement, death of a pet, empty nest syndrome, a life changing illness that may result in limited physical, or mental abilities or mobility. All of these things are very difficult for most people to deal with, mostly because they are not prepared to do so when the situation arises which can result in shock, confusion, isolation, anger, and depression. This class is designed to be an informative, supportive, coping skills gaining workshop, where the instructor will discuss options to process, effectively cope with, and improve general well-being through this difficult process.

Eligible UCare members may receive an allowance to spend toward community education classes. Members must have UCare insurance at the time of registration. Limits and restrictions may apply. Contact UCare for further information.
