The number of people with arthritis is growing. Why is that? Following a healthy diet and staying active are recommended for treatment, to maintain quality of life, and may help with prevention. In this class, we will look at holistic options that are available for arthritis.

Eligible UCare members may receive an allowance to spend toward community education classes. Members must have UCare insurance at the time of registration. Limits and restrictions may apply. Contact UCare for further information.

Heather Carpentier

Instructor

Heather Carpentier is a Health and Wellness Consultant who pursued certification as a Nutrition Consultant through Bauman College of Holistic Nutrition and Culinary Arts, a Certified Nutrition Expert from the Academy of Culinary Nutrition and is a Certified GAPS Practitioner. She shares her passion forhealth and wellness with others through personalized service that educates the client on foods thatnourish their body, maximizing nutrient-rich foods.
