Adult - Winter/Spring 2025

Some theorists believe that loneliness is one of the hardest emotions to handle. Loneliness is not just being alone; sometimes solitude can be pleasant. Loneliness carries a feeling of being cut off or alienated. Sometimes, it makes one feel as though nobody cares about them. Lonely people often add to their distress by drawing away from others. We'll discuss the steps people can take to get away from loneliness, along with developing the ability to enjoy solitude.
