Adult - Winter/Spring 2025
Enjoy the combination of yoga and resistance training. Use both your body and dumbbells or kettlebells, bands and more for a great stretch and muscle toning. Intervals, fusion and true to format training will be included throughout the session.

- Yoga mat

Melissa T Fitness
Instructor
Melissa is an International Sport Science Association (ISSA) certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She has been in the fitness industry and teaching for Anoka-Hennepin Community Education since 2001. Melissa teaches group fitness classes, as well as fitness and nutrition seminars.
Melissa's personal philosophy is that it doesn't matter where we start from, it's where we go and what we do that matters. If we try, even baby steps will get us there. She believes everyone has the ability to make yourself the best you can be, she just helps you with the road map to getting it done.
