Strength & Stretch (Online)

Adult - Winter/Spring 2025
In this online class we will use our body weight (and optional hand weights) to strengthen and tone our major muscle groups. We will then go through stretching exercises to increase range of motion, flexibility and lengthening of our muscles. Together will build your strength and mobility. Have a mat and water, optional weights. Can use a stability ball or chair if preferred.
Eligible UCare members may receive an allowance to spend toward community education classes. Members must have UCare insurance at the time of registration. Limits and restrictions may apply. Contact UCare for further information.

I am a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer, specializing in kickboxing, yoga, step and pilates. I have had the pleasure of working with community education and helping participants improve their health since 2003. Along with instructing classes, I also enjoy hiking, camping and spending time with family.
