Conversation 101 provides fun opportunities to practice with other class participants what you learned in previous Spanish classes. Emphasis will be on vocabulary, pronunciation, and brief explanations. Sessions will include group conversations, interactive games, and other learning activities. No homework, and the same textbook used in previous Spanish classes will be utilized as material support and reference.

Iris Myers is a native Spanish speaker. In her country of origin, she taught English as a second language to vocational Spanish-speaking students. Since 2007 she has worked as a Spanish language instructor at several community education centers and other organizations in Minnesota and Wisconsin. She’s passionate about teaching the language and engages students into learning, participating, and advancing their skills in a relaxed and fun class setting. Iris is degreed in international business and business adminsistration.
