This camp provides participants an introductory experience to the game of lacrosse. Athletes will learn basic lacrosse fundamentals including stick handling, cradling, passing, and shooting, all in a fun, non-checking environment. This is a non-contact camp, helmets and gloves are not required, but can be brought with and worn. Sticks and balls are provided.
