Meditative Yoga

Adult activities and classes / Fitness / Yoga -
Adult - Winter/Spring 2026

Calm your mind and clear your thoughts or heavy emotions. Gentle yoga stretches and poses but with focus on relaxing and focusing on letting go. Slow pace with space to reflect and be still. Good for everyone. Stress is hard on the body and mind, this class makes time for you to help melt some of that away.

Bring what you need: yoga mat and any props that will help you rest on the floor, pillow or blanket and yoga blocks.

Eligible UCare members may receive an allowance to spend toward community education classes. Members must have UCare insurance at the time of registration. Limits and restrictions may apply. Contact UCare for further information.
