Take some time to calm your mind, relax your body, and reconnect with yourself. If you have a body and can breathe, you can do yoga! Yoga is for every body - not just human pretzels on Instagram. This yoga class will combine meditation, breath work, and traditional yoga poses. Adaptable movement and easy to follow instruction make this class suitable for any experience level.

Eligible UCare members may receive an allowance to spend toward community education classes. Members must have UCare insurance at the time of registration. Limits and restrictions may apply. Contact UCare for further information.

Sarah Lammi (she/her) creator of Wonderland Wellness is a fully vaccinated Registered Yoga Teacher (200hr) with certifications in yoga and mindfulness, chair yoga, chakra theory, and massage therapy. She turned to yoga as a means of eliminating pain and gaining mobility. She was shocked at how quickly her body responded and found that not only did she gain flexibility, but stability, balance, and strength where she didn't even realize she was lacking. Yoga also became a way for her to connect and find calm during difficult times.


Sarah's goal is to offer yoga in a way that focuses on inclusion, connection, and mobility/health instead of an image or some pinnacle pose to achieve. She believes that yoga is a wellness practice that should be fun and accessible to everybody (and every body).
