Introduction to Orchestra and Band
Do you love music? Have you always wanted to play an instrument? Join this introductory class where students will learn the fundamentals and basics of an instrument of their choice (see choices listed below) in a band or orchestra ensemble.
No experience necessary!
Instrument choices for band: Flute, Clarinet, Trumpet, Trombone, Baritone.
Instrument choices for Orchestra: Violin, Viola, Cello
Instruments: Students who are currently enrolled in Lincoln Elementary School for the Arts will have the option to check out an instrument from Ms. Whitcomb. If this applies to your child, please indicate the 1 st and 2 nd choice for their instrument on the registration form. We have a limited number of instruments available so register and request to borrow an instrument early for best selection.
