Join us on a fun journey around the world through language! In this class, students will discover the basics of several different languages, including French, German, Spanish, American Sign Language (ASL), Ojibwe, and Dakota. Each week, we’ll explore greetings, simple words and phrases, numbers, songs, and cultural traditions from a new language. Students will play games, practice speaking and signing, and make creative projects that connect language to culture. This class is designed for elementary students to spark curiosity, celebrate diversity, and build respect for different cultures and communities.
