Have you ever wanted to try oil painting, but didn’t know where to start? Start here! Jay Rupp, a certified Bob Ross instructor, will guide you step-by-step as you paint a beautiful portrait. All supplies will be provided. Wear paint-appropriate clothing and bring a bag lunch. Wooden picture frames are available for purchase after class (optional). Eligible UCare members may receive an allowance to spend toward community education classes. Members must have UCare insurance at the time of registration. Limits and restrictions may apply.
