  • 3-Day Horse Camp

    Experience a mini-week long camp! Campers will get to experience everyday life at a barn! Life in a barn will include activities such as daily riding, learning how to braid manes and tails with a ribbon, groom and care for the horses (including bathing) and feed them at the end of the day. This is a great time for campers to spend time outdoors and build lasting friendships with fellow horse lovers in a structured and positive environment. Campers are broken into smaller groups of similar riding experience, which is perfect for both new and more experienced riders. Please note that riding takes about 1 hour per day in arena, no trails and consists of learning how to steer, stop, turn and walk/trot on their own. Campers will spend time on the ground with horses throughout the rest of the day. Campers need to bring: Long pants, closed toe shoes, appropriate for weather inside and outside of the barn. No flip flops! Sunscreen/sunglasses/hat/bug spray/hair tie Water bottle/drink/snacks and a lunch Treats for the horse if you want Helmets are provided Parent drop-off is at 9 am and parent pick-up is at 3 pm. Sorry, parents are not allowed to stay for the day. Camps are held rain or shine, as Boulder Pointe has an indoor barn and arena. Parents will need to electronically complete a Release and Liability Form (one per person) on Boulder Pointe's website. Meet at Boulder Pointe Equestrian and Event Center.

    You – are – the - lead scientist in charge of exploring alien technology and funky, gooey, gunky, gloppy slimes! In your Lab, you’ll discover and explore the properties of different exciting alien slime every day! Continue your mission as you concoct an “erupting” alien, engineer a hovercraft, create your own planetary night lamp, and many more fun STEAM activities. Join us in this wacky, fun-filled camp.   • Archery and Outdoors Camp

    We want kids to understand that there is more to active life and sport than traditional sports, and through archery, we have witnessed the passion and excitement for sport by way of bow and arrow. Each day kids will learn the safety, technique and fun in the sport that dates back hundreds of years ago. And along with the Archery unit, campers will get the opportunity to geo-cache, build forts, play frisbee games and more. This is all about getting these kids to enjoy the great outdoors!   • Babysitting 101

    This course is best suited for 10 to 13-year-olds interested in learning the current practices of caring for young children and how to manage their babysitting business. Students will learn safety and injury prevention, first aid basics, feeding and caring for infants and how to handle behavior problems. Students receive a reference book, handouts, babysitting bag and first aid kit. Presented by Emergency Outfitters.
  • Battle Drones

    Battle Drones features an exciting combination of aerial acrobatics with an engineering design challenge that will teach students STEM concepts, teamwork, and how to skillfully fly a drone. In Battle Drones, teams of students will build robotic launchers designed to fling projectiles at their opponents’ drones. Students will be guided by experienced camp instructors in how to construct their launchers to maximize projectile speed and accuracy. The camp will culminate in an epic battle where students will need to pilot their drones to safety by dodging opponent projectiles while using their own launchers to take down opponent drones. The best drone pilots and launchers will emerge victorious! Presented by COR Robotics.

    Have you always wanted to learn how to play a guitar? Begin a musical journey by learning how to play common chords on the guitar and gain the skills needed to play popular songs. You will learn harmony, proper technique, and rhythmic skills to advance your guitar playing abilities. Guitars are provided to use during the class.

    Creating with clay and painting on canvas - it just doesn’t get any better than that! In this camp, your child will get to experiment with many different types of art while learning simple step-by-step painting and clay techniques. They will make 3D bears, owls that glow-in-the-dark, a scratchboard painting of a cat and so much more! What a great way for your child to explore the incredible world of art!     What happens when Mal returns to the Land of the Lost? Find out in this spectacular class! We will learn music and choreography from Descendants 2 and put together our own musical! All that is needed are comfortable clothing and lightweight sneakers or dance shoes, a nut free snack and a water bottle.   • Destination Mars: Rocketry Course

    Launch and watch your very own rocket speed 300 feet into the air! Then it is yours to take home! Students will make and take home multiple rockets of varying difficulty throughout this session. We will use these rockets and airplanes to investigate basic aeronautical concepts including: propulsion, thrust, lift, drag and more. We will also hypothesize about travel in outer space, how to get a United States astronaut to Mars and life on Mars. Do you have the right stuff? NOTE: Parents will be asked to contribute two, 2 liter soda bottles (empty) for 2 different experiments. Fee includes $25 materials fee. Presented by Youth Enrichment League.

    First Aid and Safety Trained Kids is a 4-hour course for 7 – 10-year-olds. This course helps prepare children for staying safe at and away from home. Lessons cover basic first aid, water safety, vehicle safety, home emergencies, injury prevention, stranger and internet safety.     Learn the rules, etiquette and how to play the game of golf. We'll play a variety of games in this terrific 7-week camp. There will be prizes and trophies. Golf is a skill you can use forever! Students will play 9 holes from 7:30-10:00am and then there will be a mini lesson on the range or putting green. Students need to bring their own clubs, water bottle and snack.   • My Little Horse Camp (Parent/Child)

    Campers will get to ride a real horse in an arena, meet a number of different horses at Boulder Pointe and learn how to groom horses...all with a focus on safety! In addition students will do an art project and have an opportunity to make horse treats to feed their new friends. Stations are split into 15 minute intervals to keep everyone engaged. Parents have the opportunity to lead their child on the horse and take photographs as they go. This 2-hour camp is designed for parent/guardian participation. Parent/Guardian is expected to remain with their child during the entire duration of the camp. Camps are held rain or shine, as Boulder Pointe has an indoor barn and arena.
