    Kids, parents and cookies! Designed for kids age six and up, you will create and take home six kinds of cookies. Rolled Sugar Thins will be ready for decorating with food coloring and paint brushes. Mix, shape and bake Peanut Butter Balls and already mixed and ready for shaping will be Chocolate Mint, Peppernuts, Sugar Drops, and Spritz cookies to be dipped and decorated.     In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Mimi, participants learn that restaurant quality egg rolls and samosas can be made right in your own kitchen.     Kolackys are delicious sweet rolls, filled with various fruit fillings. This well-known Bohemian bun features a buttery rich roll dough. We’ll make the dough from scratch and enjoy rolling it out and filling the kolackys with a variety of fillings. You will receive an assortment of recipes to try at home, including some from Montgomery, known as the Kolacky Capital!     Join Tess as she walks you through the process of creating two types of spring rolls bursting with a symphony of flavors bold and bright enough to wake up any and all taste buds. Choice of meat (chicken or pork) & veggies will fill the crispy spring rolls, and fresh veggie and precooked protein of choice will fill the fresh spring rolls. Two types of wrappers will be used. Participants will be able to customize filling ingredients and seasonings according to their taste or dietary preferences. Join in the fun as we dive into the world of spring rolls learning the techniques to create fillings, and how to wrap, roll, and cook these delightful packets of bright deliciousness! Freezing and reheating tips will also be shared! Come join the fun! Make it a date night or family night as you create lasting memories in your kitchen! Have your questions answered by the instructor, interact with other participants as you cook along, and increase your confidence in the kitchen. While cooking-along is loads of fun, and highly recommended, it is optional. This class will take place on Zoom, free online software.     You'll begin by preparing vietnamese summer rolls served with both hoisin and peanut sauce for dipping. Vietnamese spring rolls follow made with pork, chicken, and glass noodles stuffed in rice paper, fried crispy, and served with the classic nuoc cham for dipping. You'll then prepare Pad Thai blending the vibrant flavors of Thailand with rice noodles using chicken, eggs, chilies, garlic, basil, scallions, bean sprouts, sesame oil, lemon and crushed red pepper flakes. For dessert, refreshing Thai lime custard topped with fresh whipped cream. This is a participation class.
